These were taken on March 12, 2010, during the drywall/painting phases of construction. Electrical is partially complete. All captions by Nick. The front entrance to TechShop. Someone needs to make those bushes into sculptures.
A great shot of the exterior and interior front doors. It should look really nice when it is all painted and the desk is in place.
TechShop RDU hallway for member rental spaces and the wiring closet.
Another shot of the hallway. You can see the windows. Remember kids, don't tap on the glass and disturb the wild animals inside.

The main hallway of TSRDU on the second floor. You can see straight down it from one staircase to the other.
This is where the member kitchen will be along with some tables and chairs for sitting/eating and hanging out.

The freakin' laser lab. This was shot from the back corner.
The back staircase for TSRDU. I really think it needs a London Underground sign above the staircase. Mind the gap.
Jeff doing what he does best... everything. This is in the back area and cargo bays of TSRDU.
The famed TechShop forklift. It is sitting on the opposite site of the cargo dock.
The ShopBot room!! It is completely isolated with the insulation to cut down on the sound and dust.
The woodshop at TSRDU. It's going to be huge! I think it's either two or three times the size of the old woodshop.
The weird "triangle" rooms at TSRDU are going to be for dust collection.
The other "triangle" room. Again, these two rooms will be for dust collection and are well insulated.
The back hallway on the ground floor of TSRDU. You can see Jeff again in the back.
The Machine shop! It's very large and will contain all the machines from TSD and then some.

The retail space at TSRDU. It's not as big as the retail space at TSD but it doesn't need to be.
